When given the challenge of creating 100 glass objects, I began to think of things that I had 100 of, and I believed I had well over 100 negative thoughts about myself. I created over 100 glass spikes, and began writing negative thoughts onto slips of paper to put inside. I realized I do not have that many different negative thoughts about myself but rather the same few I think over and over. I wear these spikey, hard thoughts like a heavy cloak, and I often try to sleep them away to no avail.
